What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams in strategy and operational readiness for hyperscale and cloud customers.
• Drive customer engagements regarding test engineering and manufacturing operations.
• Manage RFI/RFQ sizing, resource planning, and cost modeling for custom cloud silicon opportunities.
• Develop test engineering strategies for AI, accelerated compute, and cloud infrastructure products.
• Translate customer application requirements into scalable engineering and operational execution plans.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing representative for technical reviews and executive-level engagements.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Product, Test, or Operations Engineering within the semiconductor industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE preferred).
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering and operations teams in semiconductor organizations.
• Technical expertise in TSMC 5nm (or below), HBM, MCM, and high-density compute architectures.
• Knowledge of Advantest and Teradyne platform capabilities.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.

• Experience supporting high-volume, compressed schedule bring-up of SoC, custom ASIC, or cloud silicon programs.
