What you will do

• Guide the calibration software and algorithm roadmap for digital, DC, and AC/RF measurement instruments.
• Lead and develop a team of calibration engineers, setting clear priorities and technical direction.
• Oversee integration of calibration routines into the IG-XL test software environment using C#-based workflows.
• Analyze calibration data and failure trends to identify systemic improvements and reduce downtime.
• Partner with hardware, software, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure compliance and product requirements.
• Build a team culture centered on engineering rigor, accountability, and practical innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of engineering experience, including leadership of technical projects or engineering teams.
• Practical understanding of calibration, automated test equipment (ATE), and semiconductor test.
• Software fluency to guide development in C#, C/C++, Python, or IG-XL frameworks.
• Must be based in Agoura Hills, CA, US.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with SOC test systems, RF/AC instrumentation, or DC instrumentation.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, ISO, NIST, or statistical process control.
• Proven track record of mentoring engineers and improving engineering processes.
