What you will do

• Lead and execute sourcing projects to reduce costs, minimize risk, and optimize business processes for goods and services.
• Develop and implement sourcing plans and strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives.
• Manage supplier identification, onboarding, due diligence, and performance evaluation.
• Negotiate contractual terms and conditions in collaboration with the legal function to minimize corporate risk.
• Maintain contract documentation and registers while mediating issues between stakeholders and suppliers.
• Produce spend analysis and procurement reports to support category planning and sourcing activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or a commercial role.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiations and analyzing spend data.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
