What you will do

• Lead and develop the procurement and supply chain team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Own end-to-end materials planning by converting demand, forecasts, and engineering inputs into executable plans.
• Ensure the right materials are available at the right time, driving OTIF performance and right-first-time availability.
• Manage supplier scheduling, delivery commitments, and recovery plans; monitor supplier performance (OTD, lead times, responsiveness) and act early on constrained/long-lead components.
• Support inventory strategy across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to balance availability, risk, and working capital.
• Improve planning processes, data quality, and system accuracy (MRP, BOMs, lead times) and build a responsive supply chain with engineering and manufacturing.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading supply chain operations in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
• Solid grasp of materials planning, MRP, and supplier scheduling, with the ability to turn plans into action.
• Experience managing supplier performance and navigating supply risk in complex environments.
• Confident using ERP and supply chain systems to drive accuracy and improvements.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to identify issues and improve outcomes.
• Experience leading and developing teams; degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field (CIPS is a plus).
