What you will do

• Lead and mentor a lean procurement team, balancing hands-on execution with professional development.
• Manage the full vendor lifecycle: selection, onboarding, performance evaluation (SLAs), and renewals.
• Drive end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, and complex high-impact negotiations.
• Own and track procurement savings, providing data-driven analysis of cost reduction initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, Security, HR, Product, and Sales stakeholders.
• Optimize procurement tools and play an active role in ERP implementation and related workflows.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of procurement experience, including experience leading a team.
• Strong hands-on expertise in sourcing, negotiations, and vendor management.
• Advanced Excel skills for analyzing and presenting cost savings and procurement insights.
• Strong PowerPoint skills to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with ERP systems; involvement in ERP implementation is a strong advantage.
• Experience in a global, publicly traded high-tech company is a strong advantage.
