What you will do
- Manage and monitor production cycles with international manufacturing partners, primarily in Asia.
- Coordinate global transport logistics and shipping schedules for on-time delivery to distribution centers.
- Maintain production tracking systems and ERP data for accurate stock planning.
- Collaborate with design and product development teams to ensure quality and production readiness.
- Manage inventory levels and perform demand forecasting to optimize product availability.
- Handle quality assurance and resolve production or shipping discrepancies.
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Professional experience in production coordination, logistics, or international purchasing.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP software.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

- German language skills.
