What you will do

• Coordinate the scheduling, delivery, and tracking of materials and equipment for all CCS work phases.
• Plan and manage workforce logistics, including transport, site access, and PPE allocation, aligned with 2025–2027 forecasts.
• Maintain logistics registers, delivery records, and tracking documentation in line with project governance standards.
• Collaborate with supply chain partners and subcontractors to confirm schedules and resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure all logistics activities support environmental, safety, and carbon-management (PAS 2080) best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics coordination within large-scale construction, infrastructure, utilities, or energy projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, and digital tracking systems.
• Ability to interpret project schedules, technical requirements, and operational plans.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Mold and Deeside, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience working on pipeline, civils, or mechanical infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of carbon capture, hydrogen, or energy-transition-related infrastructure.
