What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies across indirect spend areas to optimize costs and improve supplier performance.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including competitive bidding and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate contract reviews across Legal, Privacy, InfoSec, and Finance to remove bottlenecks and ensure timely execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Utilize data analytics and AI tools to identify savings opportunities and track supplier performance.
• Manage supplier relationships, addressing risks and ensuring consistent service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Demonstrated experience leading sourcing initiatives across indirect categories like HR, Marketing, or Facilities.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, contract types (MSA, SaaS, Licensing), and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in using generative AI tools for drafting, research, and analysis.
• Ability to work onsite in Bielsko-Biała, Poland.

• Experience with Coupa, Asana, or other P2P systems.
