What you will do
- Own product operations at scale by defining processes, rituals, and tooling to keep teams aligned.
- Act as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Enablement, and Client Support to resolve stakeholder misalignment.
- Operate at the front edge of releases by coordinating complex, multi-track launches and managing timelines, dependencies, and communications.
- Solve problems with AI by leveraging AI tools and analytics, and building/defining agents to automate workflows and improve triage.
- Translate signal into action by synthesizing data and feedback into clear narratives that shape priorities and product strategy.
- Drive product excellence by partnering on success metrics, tracking adoption and product health, and recommending improvements.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience as a strong generalist, ideally with a background in Computer Science, Business, Data, or similar.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and influence without authority across multiple teams.
- Must be comfortable working with data and AI-powered tools; SQL and analytics platforms are a nice to have, but AI agents/automation curiosity is required.
- Builder’s mindset: design processes from scratch, iterate quickly, and continuously improve systems.
- Clear, confident communication skills to turn messy inputs into structured plans, decisions, and narratives.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a bias for action and a focus on high-impact outcomes.
