What you will do

• Develop and maintain systems and processes to track product performance and set targets in partnership with Engineering and Sales.
• Own and evolve the Product operating system, including roadmaps, planning artifacts, and execution tracking.
• Define and manage the PM tool stack and explore AI/agent automation to improve how product ideas are surfaced.
• Design and run operating cadences such as planning cycles, product reviews, and execution check-ins.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Manage end-to-end launch coordination, Early Access Programs, and alpha testing to validate product-market fit.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar roles.
• Experience in fast-moving, product-led organizations with a preference for minimum necessary process.
• Strong systems thinking capability to design scalable operating models without bureaucracy.
• Prior payments experience and curiosity to master complex tokenization products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to operate in ambiguity.
