What you will do
- Design and run a mature cross-functional go-to-market model to ensure product launches are strategically sequenced and operationally ready.
- Own a unified Product Playbook that standardizes how product teams roadmap, discover, plan, and launch.
- Establish an operating cadence for planning, execution, and review to give leadership visibility and align the product organization.
- Drive roadmap alignment between product investment and business priorities, ensuring traceable decisions and intentional sequencing.
- Provide executive-ready narratives and reporting using analytics to support resource allocation, delivery health, and portfolio performance.
- Enable a high-velocity product organization through coaching, governance, and tooling, including adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or Program Management in technology or SaaS organizations, including 3+ years leading teams or programs at scale.
- Proven experience building and scaling product operating models, playbooks, and planning cadences across complex, multi-product portfolios.
- Track record leading cross-functional programs and influencing senior stakeholders across product, engineering, UX, customer success, and go-to-market.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills to synthesize data and drive measurable operational improvement.
- Advanced proficiency with product lifecycle and analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Pendo.
- Hybrid role based in Denver, Toronto, Philadelphia, New Jersey, or Raleigh with expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week.

Salary: $125,000β$160,000 USD base (Colorado applicants); $190,000β$219,000 CAD base (Ontario applicants).
