What you will do

• Maintain and improve the product team’s tooling stack, including Linear, Notion, and PostHog.
• Create dashboards and reports to track product usage, feature adoption, and key business metrics.
• Support release management processes, including changelog updates and internal communications.
• Organize and synthesize customer feedback from Success, Sales, and user research initiatives.
• Maintain roadmaps, project documentation, and internal knowledge bases.
• Support onboarding materials and execute cross-functional operational projects.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, customer success, consulting, business analysis, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• AI-literate and eager to leverage modern AI tools to improve productivity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical collaboration.
• Must be based in Berlin for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Notion, Linear, Jira, PostHog, or Airtable.
• Basic experience with SQL, Python, spreadsheets, or automation tools.
