What you will do

• Provide Level 1 and 2 functional and technical support for Equity and Option trading applications like Fidessa and Dash.
• Collaborate directly with Front Office traders to resolve daily incidents and user requests.
• Test new features, bug fixes, and system updates to ensure business requirements are met.
• Act as the primary liaison between Front Office users and local/Head Office IT development teams.
• Proactively monitor application performance to prevent trading disruptions.
• Develop user documentation and conduct training sessions to improve platform adoption.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Must be based in or able to commute to NYC for 4 days onsite per week.
• Experience in IT Support or Business Analyst roles within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Equity products, including Derivatives, Listed Options, and Securities Lending.
• Hands-on experience with trade execution platforms (Fidessa, Dash, EMSX) and booking systems (Loanet, Sophis, Calypso).
• Proficiency in SQL and FIX protocol.
