Location: Remote (US). Ability to work from the Boston office a few times per year

What you will do
- Manage and resolve complex platform and product issues for customers.
- Conduct in-depth investigation and troubleshooting of infrastructure, runtime, and software components.
- Coordinate with R&D, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to drive product improvements.
- Maintain clear customer expectations by adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prioritize workload based on problem severity and business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and integration concepts (APIs, web services).
- Understanding of public Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with low-code platforms.
- Experience in customer-facing technical support or consultancy roles.
