What you will do

• Deliver strategic, commercially focused business partnering by coaching and advising senior leaders and site managers to drive performance.
• Align people initiatives with divisional strategy, safety mission, and company values as a strategic SLT partner.
• Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership to drive organizational performance and elevate the employee experience.
• Build positive labour and employee relations while providing transparency on people metrics.
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends and drive actionable business insights.
• Implement best-in-class HR strategies, policies, and systems ensuring alignment with local legislation and Group initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Solid knowledge of labour relations, including experience working within unionised environments.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation across both the UK and Ireland.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate HR strategy into measurable business outcomes.
• Highly developed relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex information.
