What you will do

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders, understanding their goals and challenges
• Coach and guide managers across the full employee lifecycle
• Use data and insights to identify trends and inform people decisions
• Lead key initiatives including organisational change, integrations, and restructures
• Own complex ER matters and support the wider People team
• Drive engagement, culture, and high-performance via people strategies

Requirements

• Solid experience in People Partner / HRBP role (ideally in tech or fast-paced environment)
• Strong grounding in employment law with commercial mindset
• Confidence to challenge and influence at senior level
• People-first thinking with understanding of business impact
• CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience)
