What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees in Ireland, providing guidance on all people-related matters.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and provide advice on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Support performance management cycles, appraisals, career development, and succession planning.
• Lead HR projects such as DE&I initiatives, culture and engagement programs, and organizational change efforts.
• Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager specifically within Ireland.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
• Experience handling complex employee relations cases with professionalism.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid).
