TL;DR

Manager, People Business Partnerships, EMEA & APAC (HR): Driving people strategy across EMEA and APAC regions within the GTM portfolio with an accent on regional leadership and employment law. Focus on leading a team of people experts, optimizing organizational design, and managing complex employee relations across multiple jurisdictions.

Location: Must be based in Ireland or the UK (Hybrid in Dublin or Remote within these countries)

Salary: €96,800 – €145,200

What you will do

  • Own and execute the people strategy for EMEA and APAC regions within the GTM portfolio as the primary DRI.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of people experts embedded in the regions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on employment law, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices across EMEA and APAC.
  • Lead organizational diagnosis, workforce planning, and change facilitation for regional business units.
  • Partner with C-level and senior GTM leadership as a trusted advisor to align people services with business goals.
  • Analyze people trends using data to recommend proactive solutions for engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Must be based in or be able to work remotely from Ireland or the UK.
  • Deep knowledge of EMEA labor laws and compliance, specifically in Ireland and England.
  • Proven experience in international expansion, M&A, and supporting multinational tech companies in high-growth stages.
  • Fluent English proficiency required.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology (Master's or CIPD/SHRM certification preferred).

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in additional EMEA languages.
