• Collaborate with the Head of People Partnering to drive HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK and able to work from the office 4+ days per week.
• Proven experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner within tech or product-focused environments.
• Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in leading teams through organizational change and growth.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior HR staff.
