TL;DR

HR Business Partner (Femtech): Aligning people strategy with business goals to scale a high-growth digital health platform with an accent on organizational design and leadership capability. Focus on driving organizational performance, managing complex employee relations across UK/EU, and using data to influence executive decision-making.

Location: Hybrid (UK), 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

  • Partner with C-level and senior leadership on workforce planning, capability, and succession planning.
  • Design and evolve organizational structures to improve clarity, ownership, and delivery velocity.
  • Lead compensation, promotion, and salary review processes.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases across multiple jurisdictions (UK & EU).
  • Coach product leaders and managers to raise performance standards and feedback culture.
  • Utilize HR analytics to measure the ROI of people initiatives and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Strong HR Business Partnering experience in fast-paced consumer technology or app-based businesses.
  • Experience partnering with large, complex teams (100+ headcount).
  • Proven expertise in organizational design, compensation strategy, and talent management.
  • Experience managing employee relations across UK and EU jurisdictions.
  • Ability to operate credibly and challenge stakeholders at the Executive level.
  • Strong commercial acumen and advanced use of HR analytics.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling tech companies at Series B+ stage.
  • Experience working in globally distributed, multicultural environments.
  • Exposure to high-growth, product-driven organizations.
