TL;DR
HR Business Partner (Femtech): Aligning people strategy with business goals to scale a high-growth digital health platform with an accent on organizational design and leadership capability. Location: Hybrid (UK), 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Partner with C-level and senior leadership on workforce planning, capability, and succession planning.
- Design and evolve organizational structures to improve clarity, ownership, and delivery velocity.
- Lead compensation, promotion, and salary review processes.
- Manage complex employee relations cases across multiple jurisdictions (UK & EU).
- Coach product leaders and managers to raise performance standards and feedback culture.
- Utilize HR analytics to measure the ROI of people initiatives and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Strong HR Business Partnering experience in fast-paced consumer technology or app-based businesses.
- Experience partnering with large, complex teams (100+ headcount).
- Proven expertise in organizational design, compensation strategy, and talent management.
- Experience managing employee relations across UK and EU jurisdictions.
- Ability to operate credibly and challenge stakeholders at the Executive level.
- Strong commercial acumen and advanced use of HR analytics.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling tech companies at Series B+ stage.
- Experience working in globally distributed, multicultural environments.
