What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding cycle from initial review to activation.
• Coordinate multiple onboarding projects while ensuring compliance with internal requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with acquiring banks and payment providers.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional onboarding and operational stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify and resolve onboarding bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement scalable onboarding frameworks to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-risk merchant onboarding within fintech or PSPs.
• Strong understanding of acquiring, payment processing, and partner flows.
• Practical experience working with acquiring banks and payment providers.
• English and Russian language proficiency required.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases and stakeholders simultaneously.
