TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Managing and growing a portfolio of German-speaking clients for a spend management platform with an accent on strategic partnership, adoption, and revenue retention. Focus on building trusted relationships with CFOs and Finance Managers, driving platform value, and relaying customer feedback to internal product teams.

Location: Must be based in Barcelona (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with Finance Managers and CFOs in the German market.
  • Proactively advise clients on best practices and platform optimization to ensure maximum value.
  • Monitor account health, mitigate churn risk, and identify expansion or upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive customer success.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by relaying structured feedback and contributing to feature launches.

Requirements

  • German: Native or C2 level required.
  • English: Professional working proficiency required.
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to manage a client portfolio independently.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities using data.
  • Passion for customer experience and long-term relationship building.

Nice to have

  • Background in Finance, Accounting, Fintech, ERP, or SaaS.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as CSM or Account Management.
