What you will do

• Provide expert guidance on deployment, operational best practices, and establishing a Center of Excellence.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for escalations, collaborating with Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Develop Success Plans with key performance indicators to drive adoption and retention.
• Conduct workshops to help customers unlock the full value of the platform.
• Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product development and feature roadmaps.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of the platform and emerging cloud security threats.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as TAM, Professional Services, or Solutions Engineering.
• Fluent English and Portuguese required.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Must have the legal right to work in Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, or the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise client relationships and driving technical resolutions.
