Location: Madrid (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote)

What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, service, and infrastructure issues reported by end-users.
- Manage incident lifecycles, including stakeholder communication and coordination with engineering teams.
- Collaborate with software engineers to define support workflows and monitoring strategies for new products.
- Conduct code reviews and work with developers to enhance internal processes.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to address critical, high-severity incidents.
- Partner with external vendors to resolve service-related events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in L2 technical support within a tech-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and software development principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to root cause identification.
- English proficiency is required.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to participate in rotating shifts and on-call duties.
Nice to have
- Experience with Linux administration, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, PostgreSQL, or Observability tools.
