What you will do
- Orchestrate the end-to-end post-sales journey, managing project implementation and client onboarding.
- Lead strategic kick-offs to align platform capabilities with client clinical and regulatory objectives.
- Deliver persona-led training for clinical, medical affairs, and regulatory teams.
- Analyze engagement data to proactively identify trends and intervene to prevent usage drops.
- Capture user insights to directly influence the product roadmap and clinical solution strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to drive renewals and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Clinical Operations.
- Industry experience in pharma, biotech, CROs, or clinical tech solutions.
- Excellent presentation skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting usage metrics and defining success plans.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites across Europe.
- Operational excellence and ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup environment.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of clinical trial documents such as protocols, ICFs, IBs, and SAPs.
- Fluency in additional European languages.
