- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned high-value customer accounts.
- Lead effective onboarding experiences and ensure customers are trained on product tools.
- Track customer health metrics to identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present data-driven insights and influence future direction.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify growth opportunities and support renewals.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to drive continuous product and process improvement.
Требования
- Fluency in Spanish and Italian is required.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with senior executives at large enterprises.
- Strong operational acumen with experience using Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Madrid.
- Working knowledge of the Power, Renewable, or Oil & Gas sectors is preferred.
