Location: Remote (UK, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain)
Salary: €71.4K–€102K (EU range) + equity

What you will do
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Support to establish and refine onboarding operations and workflows.
- Guide customers through the initial onboarding journey, delivering customer-centric solutions and improving overall customer experience.
- Iterate on onboarding strategies and automations to streamline workflows and reduce friction.
- Manage day-to-day onboarding execution, ensuring smooth transitions between CS, Sales, Onboarding, and Support teams.
- Build and maintain customer relationships throughout onboarding and migration until transitioning to Customer Success Management.
- Track and improve success metrics across provisioning, onboarding efficiency, customer satisfaction, revenue impact, and scalability.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of professional, full-time, post-grad experience working with external customers in a customer onboarding/implementation engineering role.
- Direct customer-facing onboarding experience.
- Deep understanding and experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- No visa sponsorship for this role.
