What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic card acquiring merchants as the primary point of contact.
- Analyze transaction performance, decline reasons, and acceptance rates to drive conversion.
- Collaborate with Risk, Fraud, Product, and Tech teams to resolve payment issues.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present performance insights and strategic opportunities.
- Ensure high-touch support for VIP partners and handle escalations within agreed SLAs.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements to merchant servicing workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Merchant Operations.
- Strong understanding of card acquiring, payment flows, and transaction lifecycles.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise or strategic merchant relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting payment and performance data.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on identifying growth and upsell opportunities.
- Must be based in Spain.
