What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of multinational enterprise clients in retail, CPG, and pharma.
  • Develop and execute retail-specific advertising growth strategies at global and regional levels.
  • Collaborate with local teams to deliver market-specific ad solutions that drive performance.
  • Lead strategic account planning, negotiations, and QBRs to ensure long-term retention.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize enterprise ad spend and scale retail adoption.
  • Advise C-level executives on best practices for Retail Media and budget allocation.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German required
  • 3–5 years of enterprise sales or account management experience in retail media, CPG, FMCG, or eCommerce.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and managing complex negotiations.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, and retail media models.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM with a data-driven approach to forecasting.
  • Strong cross-functional skills to align global strategies with local execution.

Nice to have

  • Experience with retail media platforms, trade marketing, or ad auction models.
  • Existing network of retail/CPG industry contacts.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel retail or shopper marketing strategies.
  • Multilingual skills beyond English and German.
