Enterprise Account Executive - Germany (AI/Enterprise SaaS): Drive hirify.global’ revenue growth across German enterprises by building and managing a portfolio of accounts and leading consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Focus on translating conversational AI and ElevenAgents into measurable business value for C-level and senior decision-makers in regulated industries.

Location: Remote-first in Germany, with travel to client sites when required.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts across Germany, focused on Financial Services & Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Utilities.
  • Identify new business opportunities for conversational AI capabilities, including ElevenAgents, to improve customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and develop business cases that connect AI voice technology to measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to expand presence within key enterprise verticals, navigating complex procurement and organizational structures.
  • Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and account expansion.
  • Advise clients by educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.

Requirements

  • Germany-based: able to execute the role remotely from anywhere in Germany and travel to client sites when required.
  • 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS/technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
  • Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles across business, IT, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
  • German: native or full professional proficiency; English: strong for internal collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Germany, with ability to accelerate deal velocity in complex organizations.
  • Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment and building new sales playbooks while iterating quickly.
