What you will do

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the UAV and dual-use technology sectors.
• Manage complex procurement procedures and ensure compliance with BAAINBw and German Armed Forces requirements.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and leading OEMs.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and submit high-quality proposals and bids aligned with client needs.
• Oversee business development projects while ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development within UAV or dual-use technology sectors.
• Proven experience with BAAINBw and German Armed Forces procurement processes.
• Deep understanding of military systems, UAV hardware, software, and AI.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong project management and proposal writing skills.
