What you will do

• Own outbound sales to enterprise accounts, researching airlines and ground handlers to generate leads.
• Conduct customer calls and lead demos for prospective clients.
• Travel across Europe and the US for customer meetings, pilots, and conferences.
• Develop the commercial engine, including ROI models, pricing logic, and growth playbooks.
• Implement and optimize AI-native sales workflows and lead-gen automation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's (minimum 3rd semester) or Master's degree.
• At least one previous internship in startup, enterprise sales, consulting, or tech.
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate.
• Business-fluent English and required proficiency in German.
• Demonstrated proof of commercial output, such as a project built or a deal helped win.
