What you will do

- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize operational processes.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- At least 2 years of full-time work experience in growth companies, startups, or management consulting.
- Strong analytical thinking and operational understanding.
- Structured and independent working style with project management experience.
