Focus on demonstrating the value of hirify.globalAI capabilities and building long-term customer confidence through technical storytelling and deep product expertise.

Location: Based in our Toronto office (Hybrid)

Compensation: CAD$120,000–$180,000 OTE

What you will do

• Serve as a technical thought leader and trusted advisor for prospective customers in the MEGS vertical.
• Partner with sales, marketing, security, and product teams to drive the sales process.
• Position new hirify.globalAI capabilities, including AI Decisioning Studio and AI Agents, to sophisticated customers.
• Blend storytelling with technical product expertise to demonstrate value and build customer confidence.
• Mentor other Solutions Consultants on the team to foster collective growth.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (up to 50% at peak times).

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto office.
• Proven experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success.
• Domain knowledge in at least two of the following: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, or Marketing Analytics.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player mindset with a bias toward action and intellectual curiosity.
