What you will do

• Own the roadmap for product surfaces covering diagnostics, scheduling, and omni-channel communications (Web, Mobile, WhatsApp, Voice).
• Design and deliver AI-native features using agentic prototyping, LLM orchestration, and RAG.
• Identify and model jobs-to-be-done for users and operational teams to create clear technical specifications.
• Establish quality metrics and evals for AI experiences, focusing on hallucination rates, retrieval precision, and task completion.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI specialists to balance model performance with privacy and GDPR constraints.
• Lead GTM strategies for customer-facing launches, ensuring alignment across implementation, support, and operations teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, proptech, fintech, or other regulated operational domains.
• Proven track record of shipping native iOS or Android mobile applications from discovery through to release.
• Experience delivering AI-powered features (conversational AI, voice agents, or automation) into production.
• Strong technical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, and AI observability.
• Fluency with agentic prototyping tools and low-code automation platforms like n8n, Tray.io, or Zapier.
• Must be based in London and possess the right to work in the UK.
