What you will do

• Own the roadmap for agent loop architecture, context management, and sandbox execution environments.
• Collaborate closely with the Modeling team to ensure harness design informs model evolution and performance.
• Define and implement an agentic evaluation framework to measure reliability, task completion, and failure recovery.
• Partner with engineering to contribute to technical architecture decisions and implementation trade-offs.
• Engage with enterprise customers to translate real-world agent failures into actionable product and model requirements.
• Stay ahead of the open-source agent ecosystem to ensure North’s architecture remains standard-aligned and competitive.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in agentic AI, developer infrastructure, or applied ML.
• Deep expertise in modern LLM architectures, including multi-agent systems, tool-augmented reasoning, memory, and RAG.
• Proficiency in designing evaluation frameworks for task completion and long-horizon reliability.
• Technical depth sufficient to review design documentation and reason about asynchronous execution and sandboxed environments.
• Fluency in navigating both ML research discussions and low-level engineering architecture trade-offs.
• Proven record of delivering platform-layer products that improve system reliability and capabilities.
