What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmaps for the RegPlatform and PoweredBy Apps portfolio.
• Lead the 0–1 implementation of MicroApps architecture and agentic AI applications.
• Conduct deep customer and partner discovery with Tier 1 financial institutions to validate product direction.
• Develop native integrations for collaboration and productivity platforms used by enterprise clients.
• Establish and grow the hirify.global App Store as a central hub for the Apps portfolio.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure high-quality UX and performance standards.

Requirements

• Experience in product management for enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or platform applications.
• Proven track record of shipping agentic AI products in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with micro-frontend or modular application architectures.
• Strong skills in customer discovery and translating ambiguous pain points into clear product opportunities.
• Ability to define and track product metrics to demonstrate business value.
• Must be based in or able to work in London on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with GRC platforms, regulatory technology, or financial services software.
