What you will do

• Set and drive the strategy for post-purchase operations in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Translate operational data and user insights into actionable roadmaps and initiatives.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution.
• Design and implement scalable processes, systems, and operating models to support growth.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Assess operational performance to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy and operations roles (e.g., consulting, finance, GM).
• Must be within commuting distance of New York, San Francisco, Phoenix, or Los Angeles hubs.
• Proven experience developing and executing strategies in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and analytics platforms such as Looker, Sigma, or Hex.
