What you will do

• Execute O&M activities for solar PV, BESS sites, and substations in Southern California.
• Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance on inverters, trackers, and DC collection equipment.
• Handle electrical troubleshooting, repair, and instrumentation calibration.
• Prepare and implement switching and clearance orders.
• Operate electrical and mechanical power plant systems.
• Assist with site vegetation management and technical documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be based in the Lancaster, Mojave, or Tehachapi area (CA).
• Knowledge of electrical or mechanical fundamentals (single craft journeyman skills).
• Technical proficiency with standard business software and PC operations.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Nice to have

• Technical degree or Solar certification.
• Experience in solar system installation.
• Familiarity with SCADA and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
