Salary: $102,000 – $138,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end management of complex cross-functional projects, including product launches, global expansion, and M&A initiatives.
• Develop execution plans aligned with hirify.global’s strategic vision in collaboration with functional leaders.
• Drive strategic alignment and decision-making discussions with project leads and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate needs assessments and task scoping to validate assumptions and ensure correct project focus.
• Identify dependencies and mitigate risks across various cross-functional workstreams.

Requirements

• PMP certification or similar is essential.
• 4+ years of project management experience in a fast-growing SaaS/tech company.
• Experience with needs assessments, scoping, roadmapping, and Gantt charts.
• Undergraduate degree in business, research, leadership, or software development.
• Must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto to satisfy hybrid work requirements.
