What you will do

• Develop detailed project timelines, dependencies, milestones, and tasks for concurrent web projects.
• Monitor daily website maintenance and manage small projects from initiation through deployment.
• Lead client calls and internal meetings, providing documented agendas and key decisions.
• Collaborate with discipline leads to develop scopes of work based on functional and business requirements.
• Manage project financials and ensure change orders are completed for unapproved work.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure alignment among stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of project management or coordination experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Experience managing web projects, specifically those built on CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or EPiServer.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
• Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada to comply with the hybrid work model.
