TL;DR
High Velocity Enablement Lead (Sales Enablement): Build and lead enablement programs that equip internal sales reps and leaders with content, tools, training, and analytics to differentiate and sell the solution, with an accent on high-velocity enablement execution across New Business and Sales Development/SMB. Focus on designing role-specific training and curriculum, leveraging enablement platforms (Salesforce, Cornerstone, Gong), and measuring learning effectiveness while partnering with field leadership globally.
Location: Remote (United States residents only for the listed base salary range)
Salary: $139,000 - $220,000 USD

What you will do
- Support New Business and Sales Development/SMB VP organizations with enablement needs from content build to training delivery and analytics.
- Develop and execute enablement programs to ensure high-velocity reps and leaders have the right content, resources, tools, and training to sell effectively.
- Partner with field leadership to identify needs and tailor/deliver content for specific teams and markets.
- Scope and build enablement content and programs for product knowledge, skill development, onboarding, and leadership development.
- Use Salesforce, Cornerstone, Gong, and other tools to deliver training, educate the field on tool usage, identify gaps, and improve support.
- Measure and report enablement investment effectiveness; improve the learning experience using innovative delivery techniques.
Requirements
- Progressive experience in software sales, new business/sales development, or enablement.
- Experience building relationships with sales leaders and their teams.
- Software sales or sales enablement experience, preferably with expertise in DevOps and/or open source.
- Working knowledge of sales training technology and enablement methodologies, with demonstrable enablement experience.
- Ability to incorporate AI tools into daily practices for content development, program design, and ideation, and model this behavior for supported teams.
- Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts to audiences with varying technical expertise.
