Location: Hybrid; Must be based in Chicago, IL, United States. No immigration sponsorship or transfer available for this role.

Salary: $122,650 - $176,550

What you will do

  • Architect and scale foundational GTM technology infrastructure to drive top-of-funnel demand and mid-funnel conversion.
  • Ideate, prototype, and execute sophisticated AI use cases to bridge data across siloed platforms like Gong, Salesforce, and Clay.
  • Own the tool discovery, evaluation, and prioritization framework, including authoring data-backed business cases and ROI models.
  • Lead the business-side discovery and translation of commercial workflows into technical blueprints for the Salesforce environment.
  • Act as the business owner for an elite tech suite including ZoomInfo, Clay, Gong, and Demandbase.
  • Establish adoption metrics, KPIs, and partner with Sales Enablement to build training and documentation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Management Consulting.
  • Direct people management experience leading GTM analysts, tech strategists, or business systems specialists.
  • Master-level understanding of enterprise CRM (Salesforce), revenue intelligence (Gong), ABM platforms (Demandbase), and data orchestration (Clay, ZoomInfo).
  • Proven experience writing formal software business cases and presenting ROI analyses to executive committees.
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus between technical engineering groups and commercial sales organizations.
  • No immigration sponsorship or transfer available for this role.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing technology stacks in global logistics, 3PL, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) data integration strategies.
