What you will do

  • Rebuild the Business Case from scratch as a flexible, AI-native solution.
  • Lead AI Enablement by identifying and scaling AI-driven workflows such as AI-driven prospecting and automated presentation generation.
  • Apply prompt engineering to build repeatable workflows, content templates, and decision-support tools for the field.
  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, PMM, and Sales to align inputs, pricing logic, and ROI methodology.
  • Own the ongoing maintenance, QA, and evolution of commercial tools, ensuring seamless Salesforce integration.
  • Evaluate emerging AI and enablement technologies to operationally improve seller effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, commercial operations, or revenue operations within a B2B environment.
  • Advanced data and modeling skills, including fluency in Excel or Google Sheets for assumptions-based modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI and prompt engineering using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects without formal authority.
  • Deep understanding of how Account Executives (AEs) operate and how enablement drives revenue outcomes.
