Salary: $67,500–$78,489

What you will do

• Project manage the onboarding and implementation of Catholic customers, managing pipelines and meeting KPIs.
• Drive product adoption and deliver high-quality customer interactions across multiple simultaneous implementations.
• Coordinate with Product, Service Delivery, and Customer Success teams to execute implementations.
• Build and execute account plans to highlight key results, analyze metrics, and demonstrate ROI.
• Analyze usage patterns and recommend process changes to better utilize hirify.global services.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities to ensure customer retention.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or as a Customer Success Manager.
• Must be based in approved US states (AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA).
• Experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
• Strong problem resolution skills and ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of industry culture and success drivers for Catholic parishes.

• Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written communication).
