Location: Must be based in one of the approved US states (AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA) or Hybrid in Colorado Springs (COS).
Salary: $67,500–$78,489

What you will do
- Project manage the onboarding and implementation of Catholic customers, managing pipelines and meeting KPIs.
- Drive product adoption and deliver high-quality customer interactions across multiple simultaneous implementations.
- Coordinate with Product, Service Delivery, and Customer Success teams to execute implementations.
- Build and execute account plans to highlight key results, analyze metrics, and demonstrate ROI.
- Analyze usage patterns and recommend process changes to better utilize services.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities to ensure customer retention.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or as a Customer Success Manager.
- Must be based in approved US states (AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA).
- Experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong problem resolution skills and ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of industry culture and success drivers for Catholic parishes.

- Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written communication).
