What you will do

• Drive project and customer-based Steering Committees to ensure alignment on goals and progress.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from analysis and design through implementation and deployment.
• Develop level-of-effort estimates and structured Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
• Anticipate and mitigate project risks, managing scope changes and budget deviations proactively.
• Coach and guide project team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
• Communicate complex technical issues effectively to non-technical stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in business, information systems, or finance-related fields.
• Proven experience in enterprise-level project management for global software implementations.
• Consulting experience within a professional services organization or enterprise software company.
• Proficiency with MS Project or similar enterprise project management tools.
• Strong track record of managing software-as-a-service (SaaS) projects and customer success.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification or similar professional project management certification.
• Master’s Degree or MBA.
• Experience with Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay verticals.
• Experience with resource planning tools like CA Clarity, Mavenlink, or Project Online.
