TL;DR

Senior Implementation Specialist (SaaS): Own customer onboarding delivery from signed deal to confident adoption, with an accent on configuring integrations/SSO, training users, and driving enterprise rollout milestones. Focus on building repeatable onboarding playbooks and scaling enablement while translating live implementation friction into product and education improvements.

What you will do

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to transition customers from sales to onboarding, aligning on goals, success criteria, and deal context.
  • Lead kickoff calls, training sessions, and launch coordination tailored to customer use cases (design review, supplier collaboration, internal reviews).
  • Configure customer environments including integrations, SSO, workspace setup, and user permissions.
  • Define and track onboarding milestones and ensure customers reach first value by demonstrably using CoLab in their workflows.
  • Support complex enterprise deployments (100+ users, multi-site, global teams) and manage multi-stakeholder alignment across engineering, IT, and procurement.
  • Build the onboarding function by creating playbooks/templates/processes, documenting best practices, and feeding implementation learnings into CoLab Academy and product improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in technical implementation, onboarding, customer training, or solutions engineering (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong technical background with comfort in integrations, workflows, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability to train and enable users on complex technical products.
  • Experience managing enterprise deployments or large-scale rollouts.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both engineers and executives.
  • Self-directed, organized, and collaborative working style with cross-team autonomy.

Nice to have

  • Experience with PLM systems (Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia), CAD tools (CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks), or engineering collaboration platforms.
  • Background in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or industrial design industries.
  • Experience building onboarding programs or training curriculum from scratch.
  • Experience organizing and managing project deliverables and timelines.
