Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 a year

What you will do

• Plan and implement multiple Support and Managed Services projects, managing scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop high-level and detailed project plans, defining tasks and resource requirements.
• Coordinate project staff and manage both fiscal and resourcing budgets.
• Identify and manage risks, drive escalations, and lead technical problem-solving.
• Communicate project status to the PMO and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global technical and account teams to deliver quality solutions to customers.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, Portland, or Pleasanton (Hybrid).
• 7 to 10 years of experience working in a technical capacity within an IT environment (SaaS preferred).
• Proven track record of project management in highly technical environments with complex solutions.
• University degree (Advanced degree advantageous).
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Project Management accreditation (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL, etc.).
• Experience with messaging or archiving technologies.
