Deployment Project Manager (Nuclear Energy)

Location: Remote within the United States, with 25%–40% travel required. Travel to the Santa Clara, California headquarters twice per quarter is required, and the first two weeks of onboarding must be completed in person. U.S. person eligibility may be required due to U.S. export control laws.

Salary: $100,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of powerhouse facility deployments from design integration and site development through construction, startup, commissioning, and turnover to operations.
• Maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, governance routines, stage-gate reviews, and executive reporting.
• Manage scope, budgets, risks, issues, changes, dependencies, licensing, regulatory requirements, and critical-path objectives.
• Coordinate internal teams, customers, contractors, vendors, regulators, and other external stakeholders.
• Oversee contractor performance, procurement, material sourcing, facility modifications, equipment installations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Support technical strategy, execution planning, continuous improvement, and safe, efficient, compliant project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Nuclear Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of project management experience leading complex technical, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or operational projects.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Ability to lead teams, resolve blockers, communicate with technical and business stakeholders, and operate with sound judgment in an evolving organization.
• Proficiency with project planning, scheduling, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to meet U.S. person eligibility requirements may be necessary for access to export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Nuclear experience in design, construction, commissioning, or operations.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with contractor-driven projects, capital projects, facility upgrades, or equipment installations.
• Familiarity with quality assurance, configuration management, permitting, or regulatory compliance.
