Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Serve as the primary client contact and commissioning authority for complex projects from pursuit through warranty.
- Develop commissioning scopes of work, schedules, and fee estimates for proposals and active projects.
- Lead design phase reviews (OPR, BOD) and oversee the creation of Pre-Functional Checklists and Functional Performance Tests.
- Manage project budgets and collaborate with accountants to ensure accurate invoicing and forecasting.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level commissioning staff.
- Lead the development of final commissioning reports and facilitate warranty walkthroughs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 12–14 years of progressive experience in commissioning, MEP construction, or project management.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex commissioning projects independently.
- Must be based in the United States to access U.S. based benefits.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
Nice to have
- Project Management certification (PMP).
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Building Commissioning certification.
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety and NFPA-70E.
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
